Describe a goal, approve the plan, and let agents run the work. Actionist drafts a plan of tasks, executes what it can in parallel, and pulls you in only when a task needs a decision, an approval, a payment, or a login.
Projects is the planning and execution core of Actionist. Describe a goal, review the plan it drafts, and launch. Worker agents pick up the tasks and run them in parallel, reaching you only when something needs a decision, an approval, a payment, or a login.
One place where work is planned, delegated, and done.
Most people do not freeze because agents cannot act. They freeze at the blank box, unsure what to ask for. Projects removes that: the Planner drafts the plan, you approve it, and the work runs itself as far as it safely can.

Parallel
tasks run at the same time
Start from a plan, not a blank box
Pick a template or describe your goal in a sentence. The Planner asks a few questions and drafts projects, tasks, and the order between them. You edit anything before it runs.
Agents do the work, you do only what only you can
Once you launch, worker agents claim ready tasks and run several at once. They pause and ask only when a step genuinely needs a human.
Every project follows the same path, from the first sentence to the last approval.

The Planner drafts the outline
A dedicated Planner agent asks a few clarifying questions, then drafts projects, tasks, and the dependencies between them. It plans only. It never runs the tasks itself.
Edit and refine
Adjust anything: objectives, owners, the order, which tasks need review. An optional Plan Critic reviews the draft for gaps before you commit.
Approve and Review
Approving turns the draft into real tasks on the board. Nothing runs yet.
Preflight
Actionist checks that every task is execution ready and that the apps it needs are connected, flagging anything to fix before work starts.
Launch
Launch the whole plan, or one phase at a time, when you are ready for agents to begin.
Agents run in parallel
Worker agents pick up every unblocked task and run several at once. Dependent tasks wait automatically until their prerequisites finish.
You get pulled in, then it resumes
When a task needs you, the agent parks safely and posts a card to a queue. Answer it, and the agent resumes from the exact step it paused on.

List is the default. Kanban sorts tasks by lifecycle, Dependencies maps the order, and Issued to me gathers everything that needs you across every project.
The screens on this page are illustrative. Names, projects, and tasks are examples.
When a task needs a human, the agent parks safely and posts a card. Everything you need to action, across every project, gathers in Issued to me, sorted so the most blocking work comes first.
To unblock
An agent is stuck and needs something only you can give: a payment, a login, a decision, or a file. Provide it and the task continues.
To review
An agent finished a piece of work and wants your sign-off before it goes further. Approve it, or request changes and it runs again.
To do
A task only a human can do. Pick it up, complete it, and mark it done.
Response types
Each card asks for exactly what it needs, using one of five fixed responses: approve or reject (with feedback), choose one, select several, free text, or confirm a payment. You can act on any of them from your phone.
Shared across your team
The queues are shared across everyone with access to Projects. Anyone on the team can pick up a card and action it, so nothing waits on one person being online.

Payments and other sensitive actions never approve on a timer. They wait for a human, however long that takes.
Planning runs in four steps: Start, Edit, Preflight, Launch. You choose how to begin.
Start from a template
Nine ready plans, from a sales pipeline to a product launch, load straight into the editor.
Describe your goal
Chat with the Planner. Describe what you want and it drafts the outline live as you talk.
Start from scratch
Build the outline yourself, task by task, with full control over the order.
For each task you set an objective, the desired outcome, success criteria, the apps it can use, what it depends on, whether it needs review, and who owns it: an agent or you. Approve and Review turns the draft into real tasks. Launch is a separate step, and you can launch the whole plan or one phase at a time.
Open any task to see exactly what happened. Each one has three tabs.
Overview
The objective, the acceptance checklist, the apps it uses, what it depends on, and any files it produced.
Activity

Runs

Tasks are owned by an agent or by you. Agent tasks route to a worker you choose, or to the built-in General Worker. A task moves through clear statuses as it runs:
Autonomy never means unsupervised spending. Four kinds of action always stop for your confirmation, in every mode: spending money, sending to people outside your team, using a saved login, and deleting or destroying something.
A floor you cannot switch off
Even an agent set to run on its own must ask before money, external messages, credentials, or destructive actions. Under an unattended worker, that request becomes a card in your queue instead of an action taken.
No double charges on retry
If a task retries after a hiccup, actions it already completed are not repeated. An email is not sent twice and a payment is not made twice.
Payments and compliance steps never approve automatically when a timer runs out. They wait for a human decision.
